Bobby Ghoshal

President, SaaS Business
Bobby Ghoshal was appointed president of ResMed’s SaaS business in August 2021. He previously served as chief operating officer for Brightree, a ResMed-owned provider of cloud-based software-as-a-service for out-of-hospital care: delivering improved clinical and business performance for homecare customers. Prior to that, Bobby led the information technology function for the US, Canada, and Latin America commercial teams, driving adoption of digital platforms and data analytics across the enterprise. Bobby has more than 25 years of experience in technology across multiple industries including finance, semiconductors, and healthcare, working for companies including Freescale Semiconductor, Motorola, Compuware, and Wipro Infotech. Bobby has helped build and lead high-performance teams in information technology, semiconductor innovation, digital and business strategy, information security, advanced analytics, operations, and customer care. Bobby holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Calicut, India. ​.

General Manager, Home & Hospice
As General Manager for the Home Health & Hospice division, Tim is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and operational execution of the Home Health & Hospice business, while driving MatrixCare’s mission to establish and nurture a high-performing culture centered on the customer. Prior to MatrixCare, Tim served in leadership roles at world-leading tech and IT companies including Intel and Microsoft, with both U.S. and global customers. He also concurrently served on Microsoft’s Corporate Development Team and as a member of its Corporate Bench Program for senior leadership development. He joined Microsoft after serving as a Senior Director, Enterprise Server Group, at Intel Corp., Vice President of Development with Physician Microsoft Systems, and product developer and engineer at SpaceLabs Medical Inc. In each role, Tim focused on advancing healthcare operations, driving profit and loss success, building, and expanding business potential, and directing large-scale acquisitions. As a recognized healthcare leader with more than 25 years of technical experience in software solutions, Tim has achieved extensive success in advancing data-driven technology solutions, managing go-to-market strategy and solutions, and fostering strategic innovation. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, from the University of Washington. ​
Bharat Monteiro General Manager, Facilities MatrixCare

Bharat Monteiro

General Manager, Senior Living & Long-Term Care
As General Manager, Senior Living & Long-Term Care, Bharat is responsible for overseeing MatrixCare’s entire product portfolio for the facilities market, including skilled nursing, life plan communities, and senior living. His leadership will influence product strategy, development, and go-to-market initiatives. Prior to MatrixCare, Bharat led the digital transformation of Ciox Health’s Release of Information business for hospitals catering to the legal and life insurance requester segment. Prior to that, he led the medical technology business at Masimo Corporation, implementing remote monitoring and advanced care solutions in India and South-east Asia. Bharat brings considerable experience in healthcare business transformation and digital integration, and has helped providers across the world improve care delivery and reduce the cost of care through a combination of process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, advanced technologies, remote monitoring, new business models, and digital integration solutions. Bharat is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, has been a Lean Manufacturing practitioner for over 20 years, and has a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Patricia Toledo, Head of Product for the facilities portfolio

As Head of Product, Senior Living & Long-Term Care portfolio, Patricia leads our product management team, drives our product strategy, and collaborates closely with R&D, implementation, sales, and customer experience teams to enhance our offerings and deliver innovative solutions for our customers’ success. Patricia brings 25 years of experience as a strategic and operational leader. She has been at the intersection of product management and business development across financial services, EdTech, HealthTech, and social impact industries. Previously, Patricia served in leadership roles at Santander Bank, XP Inc Bank, Ogilvy, Understood.org, and she served as a consultant to global players such as Google, Facebook, Wegmans, Mondelez and The Valuable 500. She brings extensive experience in digital transformation and innovation, successfully launching digital-first businesses of $10M – $2B P&L, leading large teams and growth strategies across the US, Latin America, and Europe. Patricia has a master’s in business administration at FDC, a prestigious university in Brazil. She currently serves as a board member at Give an Hour.

With almost 20 years of home health and hospice industry experience, Jessica has demonstrated a commitment to operational discipline, innovation and customers. In her most recent role, Jessica held the position of Director, Product Strategy. In her career within the ResMed family, Jessica has held various roles working in the Product Management, Customer Success and Professional Service teams. Prior to joining MatrixCare, Jessica was director of a home health and hospice agency. Jessica began her career as a project manager for a Fortune 100 defense contractor in the Aerospace Industry before making her leap to healthcare. Jessica holds a BS from the University of Utah Eccles School of Business and lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her husband and three children: Hannah (23), Annabelle (21) and Knute (14). Jessica enjoys travel, hiking and spending her mornings in a gym rack with a barbell.
Doug Brandberg Head of Finance

Doug Brandberg is the Head of Finance for ResMed’s Software as a Service (SaaS) division, where he is responsible for driving operational excellence and strategy development across our portfolio of businesses, including Brightree, MatrixCare, HEALTHCAREfirst and CitusHealth. Prior to leading Finance for ResMed’s SaaS portfolio, Doug served as Brightree’s Chief Financial Officer where he was instrumental in driving growth and a vital leader on multiple acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Doug has more than 25 years of financial and operational experience leading teams for global technology companies. Before joining ResMed, Doug led Global Financial Planning & Analysis for GoDaddy, a leading global software and technology provider, where he was responsible for financial and strategic planning, acquisition integration, and treasury. Prior to GoDaddy, Doug led finance and operations teams in his roles as divisional CFO for several technology companies, including Equifax, First Data Corporation, and AT&T. Doug’s experience also includes senior roles in Investor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Strategy. Doug has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a CFA® charterholder.
Eugene Kim

General Counsel
Eugene Kim is General Counsel for MatrixCare and Brightree and is responsible for providing strategic advice and counsel on all ongoing activities related to MatrixCare’s legal affairs and ResMed SaaS. Eugene has a distinguished legal counsel background and has spent nearly two decades advising companies and helping business leaders navigate complex legal issues. He joins us from Open Text Inc., a global ECM and EDI software company, where he led teams supporting Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and the Engineering business units. He also served as Partner at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP where he focused on patent and trademark litigation. Prior to his time at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, Eugene held in-house counsel roles at GEICO and InPhonic, Inc. Eugene earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Washington.

As Vice President of Business Development across MatrixCare and Brightree, Nick Knowlton leads strategic initiatives, including partnership development and healthcare interoperability efforts. Nick has over twenty years of business experience and has held sales, marketing, product, and strategy positions for technology and health information technology businesses. Prior to joining MatrixCare, Nick ran strategic initiatives for Greenway Health, a market leader in the physician practice EHR space. Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame. ​

Head of Nursing and Clinical Informatics
As our Head of Nursing and Clinical Informatics, Allison Rainey oversees the deployment of clinical technologies. As a Registered Nurse and License Family Practitioner, Allison drives a caregiver-first approach in our products, collaborating closely with product leaders to ensures our products and services prioritize the needs and challenges faced by healthcare providers. By aligning workflows, designs, and overall product strategy, Allison strives to offer the most user-friendly, clinically superior, and efficient suite of comprehensive solutions in the industry. Allison brings extensive post-acute care experience from her 20-year tenure at NHC, one the largest publicly traded Senior Care providers in the U.S. She is a seasoned leader in population health management strategy, clinical reporting and analytics development, and inpatient hospital care. In her most recent role as AVP of Clinical Information Technology, she oversaw the deployment and utilization of various clinical technologies, including the MatrixCare EHR, across the extensive NHC network. Allison holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Tennessee.

Sam leads the overall People strategy ensuring current and future talent needs are met, while striving to provide an outstanding employee experience that prioritizes growth and development. She brings two decades of human resources experience with a successful track record of leading organizational transformation. A 10-year ResMed veteran, Sam has held many leadership roles in talent acquisition, people experience and business partnering across ResMed. Prior to ResMed, she spent her career in People roles spanning higher education, publishing, and staffing. Sam holds a degree in Human Studies from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
