The Ignite experience wraps all the standard features of a therapy EMR into a comprehensive user-friendly package that includes denial management, custom reporting, product integration, coding recommendations, as well as multiple layers of business unit management and analytics.

Partner's Customer Authorization form to Marketplace

Consent to Share Data, including Patient Information between MatrixCare and the Partner Company is the company proposing this Authorization. Company has built an Integration to be able to populate data from your database(s) and/or from a static copy of your database(s) (including all facilities in an enterprise account) in the MatrixCare, Inc. ("MC") Solution that is updated from time to time, and, if applicable, bidirectionally. It is our policy to obtain consent from each of our customers before we allow their data to be shared with another company or party. We have a Business Associate Agreement in place with you, and we have been informed by MC that they also have a Business Associate Agreement in place with you for the protection of that information.

By submitting this Authorization, I, as a duly authorized representative of the Client/Customer, hereby grant my consent to the passage of data between the MC Solution and the Company Solution and represent and warrant that Customer is legally free to enter into this Authorization.

ADT
• Admission, Discharge, Transfer seamlessly sends census information to Ignite to help ensure the patient’s personal and billing information is correct in Ignite.

Documents
• Patient’s therapy documentation is sent directly to MatrixCare as part of the patient’s chart. Once sent, documentation remains in MatrixCare regardless of status with Ignite integration.
• Documents can be configured to allow all versions to be uploaded into MatrixCare or only final signed versions. The standard workflow for these documents to be sent is as follows:

1. Evaluations, Recerts, and DC Summaries will be uploaded once signed by the physician.
2. Progress Notes will be uploaded once signed by the supervising therapist.
3. Screens will upload once completed and signed by the therapist completing the screen.

Ancillary Charges
• Therapy minutes are sent daily to MatrixCare. Minutes can then be imported to create claims and submit for billing to CMS.
