MatrixCare, the first technology provider to earn “Best in KLAS” honors for long-term care software three years in a row, is now able to serve thousands more customers across the out-of-hospital care spectrum.

What customers need to know
There will be no immediate changes for current customers using Brightree, HEALTHCAREfirst, or MatrixCare for their Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty EHR systems.
We plan to continue to support and deliver product enhancements for customers already on each of the EHR offerings, as well as provide opportunities for customers to access the enhanced, integrated software for home health and hospice in the future. In addition, HEALTHCAREfirst will continue to offer Revenue Cycle Management Services (OASIS review, coding, and billing services), CAHPS surveys, and Advanced Analytics. We’ll continue enhancements and expansion of these industry-leading services, offering organizations the option to use these in any combination to optimize business results, regardless of the EHR system in use.
